IFE — the International Food & Drink Event — returns to Excel London from 5–7 April 2027, bringing together buyers, suppliers and decision-makers from across the UK food and beverage industry.
Although IFE covers the full food and drink market rather than beer alone, that scale is precisely what makes the event relevant for breweries and international beverage brands.
The exhibition attracts professionals from retail, wholesale, foodservice, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution — providing drinks suppliers with access to several potential routes to market in one place.
Organisers expect more than 25,000 verified trade visitors, with thousands of products and a large international supplier base represented across the event. IFE also forms part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, increasing its reach across the wider UK hospitality and foodservice industries.
For breweries and international beer brands, IFE can therefore offer something different from a specialist beer festival.
