Kestrel Beer has extended its partnership with Santa Pod Raceway for a further two years, continuing its association with one of Europe’s best-known drag racing venues.
Under the renewed agreement, Kestrel will remain both an Official Beer Partner and Lane Sponsor at Santa Pod. The partnership continues a relationship that began in 2021 and has connected the beer brand closely with motorsport and the Raceway’s audience.
The latest agreement arrives during an important period for both organisations. Santa Pod is celebrating 60 years at the forefront of European drag racing in 2026, while Kestrel will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2027.
Kestrel branding will continue to feature prominently at the venue, including its established presence as a lane sponsor. Racegoers will also continue to be able to purchase Kestrel beer on site during the racing season.
The partnership reflects Kestrel’s long-running strategy of connecting the brand with motorsport. Previous activity has included The Flying Kestrel, a heavily modified 1935 Riley Kestrel created as a high-performance brand ambassador and used within Kestrel’s wider promotional programme.
Santa Pod Commercial Manager Caroline Holden described Kestrel as an established part of the Santa Pod experience and said the two milestone anniversaries provide an opportunity to build further on the relationship.
Kestrel Senior Brand Manager Joel McNally also highlighted the compatibility between the two brands, pointing to Santa Pod’s passionate motorsport audience and the opportunity for Kestrel to remain connected with consumers as the beer approaches its 50th anniversary.
For Kestrel, the renewed agreement provides continued visibility in a distinctive environment away from conventional supermarket and pub marketing. For Santa Pod, it extends a commercial partnership with a beer brand that has now been associated with the venue for several years.
