A brewer is hoping to open a “beer school” that would offer classes on the history and styles of traditional and modern beer.
Bully Brews, founded by Alan Williams, has submitted an application to Dorset Council for permission to use a small unit at Duck Farm Workshops in Bockhampton, near Dorchester, as an education site.
The business also hopes to sell alcohol on and off the premises throughout the week. However it will close to the general public during classes, which will be limited to a maximum of eight people.
The application is currently under consideration by Dorset Council, with members of the public able to submit comments or objections.
